Dear all, it was two fantastic @bacchuswijnfestival weekends.  With your friends, fresh food, live music and the delicious German  and Austrian wines at the Chabrol Stand, in one setting, it's bound to be a good time.  The festival took place in The Amsterdam Forest and for this occasion  I designed a T-shirt print for the Chabrol staff.  This was so enthusiastic received that they start selling the T-shirts the second weekend. Some impressions of me in my Tee.    Some festival, yummy food and t-shirt impressions. So nice that many at Bacchus Festival are so excited about the t-shirt. Girls waiting for the mini boat swings... The second weekend was sold out on Saturday, I was going to the wine festival with a girlfriend anyway, so it was easy to deliver some extra wine and a box crushed Ice.  Wine cooling and refrigerators are present but to quickly serve your wine cold  in this heatwave,  crushed ice helps the best.

Stripes & Denim will do great each season, from summer Breton striped  T-shirts and sweaters until chalk stripes on a dark pants Suit. Today, I wear a striped brushed sweater from @americanretro_ under a lane oversized  jeans jacket on my favorite @lui_jo_global customized jeans. With this changing weather in Amsterdam, from heat waves and swimming in the canals to wind storms and stray trees. Time to layer your look. You'll see here a new piece of architecture of Amsterdam, the Ij-dock with the view of the Adam Tower, a new night-out hot-spot where you can eat, drink, dance and more. Beautifully surrounded by water and the central station, but also by wind. I paired my stripe sweater and denim on denim look, with my vintage bordeauxrode @louisferaud bag, a fashion inheritance from my mother and white wedge leather booties from @hm This look is Casual and definitely Festival proof, I wish you all a very nice weekend and a little less turbule

My blog was really like me,  ready for a fresh new start. For too long, I left a lot of passions on hold because I was too busy with my greatest passion >> Fashion and Design << for several Brands on long-term base or freelance. My three beautiful children, the love of my life, friends and family as our dogs Domino & Lilly had more priority than this blog that I started in 2012. Time for change and an update, better late than never... This summer look of last year is an evergreen, I mean jeans and a white shirt you can always wear this kinda look. The white @sandroparis blouse with button-down closure has #ton-sur-ton #embroidered patches and follows the latest trend. I wear it on my retro-inspired @gstarraw Elwood 20th #celebration low boyfriend fit, the @MichaelKors denim patchwork bag, the @majeofficiel belt and the @isabelmarant bracelet makes this look effortless. >> get inspired & were to buy <<                              

 I made this clip a number of years ago to inspire the new fashion season for the Soho Collection and Soho NewYork brand. It was something different than the standard collage inspiration boards and power points that I usually made but also enjoy. It is true that this video clip is from a while ago, as well as old fashion magazines and 2nd hand clothing, continues to inspire. As a lot of fashion minded fashionista's know "fashion is an evolution no revolution".

                                I love wearing my @newlook Aztec multi embroidered jeans styled with padded charcoal pinstripe jacket or a heavy knit for layering and keeping me warm working in an airconditioned office. The lurex yarn in the knit add some sparkle for festive days or to have drinks later with the girls. As I'm trying to get in shape but still ain't there yet, I wear a cropped boxy T-shirt. The perfect camouflage to cover up a little belly, after a heavy lunch and you don't wanna show it. This @hm Tee has a leather front panel insert for a more 'with the band' look.

                                        It's Spring again, if your closet mainly covers black items, you can combine a variety of materials with open materials. Combine mesh items with chambrays, embroidery or wear sleeveless. Do you want some subtle glam, wear golden jewelry or use shiny details on your accessories. If you do like the monochrome look, add some white or stripes, or a pop of brights, for example fuchsia, kobalt blue, gras green, bright yellow and purple. Not all together, pick just one color for a splash of Spring.
